Biography

Orchestral tubist, soloist, and teacher

John DiCesare is Principal Tuba of the Seattle Symphony and Artist in Residence at the University of Washington.

He has performed with the Cleveland Orchestra, the New York and Los Angeles Philharmonics, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and many others, and spends his summers with the Grand Teton Music Festival. He previously served as Principal Tuba of the Louisville Orchestra and the Colorado Music Festival.
